How long does price protection last?
You can choose for now 3 or 6 months plans. Your plan starts with the official EU average price on the day you subscribe - that becomes your base rate. If later the price goes above it, you get the difference back.
Where do the prices come from?
We use officialEuropean Commission data — the average market price for each type of fuel in the EU. That’s what we use to fix your starting price and calculate any reimbursement. This way, everything is transparent and based on verified public numbers, not on local station prices.
What do I need to get compensated?
We check the official EU price for that date - if it’s higher than you get the difference straight to your bank card.
How fast is the compensation paid out?
Within one week of the price increase coming into effect. No forms, no waiting months - it’s all automated.
